Bahan-bahan:
  • 1 kg ceker ayam, bersihkan dari kulit dan kuku
  • 1 buah jeruk nipis
  • 2 batang serai, memarkan
  • 3 lembar daun jeruk, buang punggung daunnya
  • garam secukupnya
  • 500 ml air
Bumbu halus pedas:
  • 15 buah cabai rawit
  • 5 buah cabai keriting
  • 5 siung bawang putih
  • 6 siung bawang merah
  • 1 sdt merica
  • 3 ruas jahe
Cara membuat:
  1. Lumuri ceker dengan perasan jeruk nipis dan garam. Biarkan kurang lebih 30 menit.
  2. Tumis bumbu halus, masukkan serai, daun jeruk dan garam secukupnya.
  3. Masukkan ceker dan air, aduk rata. Masak hingga ceker matang atau hingga kuah mengental dan berkurang. Sesekali aduk-aduk agar tidak gosong di bagian bawah.
Ceker setan siap sajikan, bisa juga jadi teman makan nasi. Jika ingin masak lebih cepat, kamu bisa pakai presto, selain daging jadi empuk, tulangnya pun bisa dimakan karena empuk. (vemale)
